On October 26, 2022, Dolors Juvinyà, director of the Chair of Health Promotion at the University of Girona introduced the concept of salutogenesis. Paolo Contu, member of the Global Working Group on Salutogenesis of the International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE), presented the IUHPE position paper on the future orientations of salutogenesis. Liane Comeau, executive director of the IUHPE, presented the IUHPE Global Working Group on Salutogenesis and the STARS Society.
